Job Details

  • Facilitate pre-employment screening, recordkeeping, and notifications including conducting background checks and managing drug screen collection sites.
  • Invoice reconciliation for drug screens, background check services, and others as required.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist HR Generalist with Wellness Program support.
  • Administer company-wide service award program.
  • Process employee referral bonuses by verifying documentation, requesting gift cards, and distributing.
  • Support recruiting by placing job postings through various careers sites, social media recruitment, and overseeing the Wilco careers site.
  • Provide support during career fair events.
  • Process driving record requests, record results in HRIS, and report to location/department managers.
  • Assist with preparation of employee handbook and policies.
  • Research and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Human Resources activities and processes.
  • Help maintain the company intranet site and HRIS resource library.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects.
  • Assist employees with benefit claims and coverage questions.
  • And other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and standards.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to be a problem solver.
  • Basic accounting knowledge required to reconcile benefit invoices.
  • Exposure to benefits, labor law and employment regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork between groups.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • High School/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of administrative experience. Human Resources preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • No special conditions.
