Pet Grooming Services Specialist

Job Details

  • Provide safe and high-quality bathing and grooming services to customers’ pets
  • Excellent customer service providing the highest level of client and team support
  • Lead the charge to ensure the groom shop is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers and groomers
  • Participate and contribute to groomer performance management activities with the Store Manager
  • New groomer onboarding and orientation
  • Communicates regularly with Store Manager and grooming team on all aspects of grooming business
  • Participate in creating work schedules for groomers including lunches and breaks
  • Orders grooming supplies/equipment with Store Manager approval
  • Oversees groomers commission tracking
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • 3 years of professional grooming experience
  • Must be willing to provide photos of previous animals groomed
  • Must always professionally handle all pets in a safe and humane manner
  • Regular lifting, bending, and kneeling.
