- Automate via scripting. Powershell, and Python many of the manual intervention activities surrounding Windows workstation, imaging, and user management via Active Directory.
- Automate(s) the installation of new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems.
- Collaborates with Business Applications team to automate Business Unit operations by developing integrations between systems and automating data flows between systems.
- Assists Helpdesk with providing application and end user support as needed, reviewing, and resolving issues.
- Plans for responding to service outages, and other infrastructure related problems.
- Manages overall system security, including adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, and other security related duties.
- Position is designed to spend 50%+ of time on project based work and 50% or less time on operational duties.
- Be available for on-call crash response and repair.
- Generate internal documentation to support technology in the business.
- Lead and participate on projects as assigned.
- Required to stay current on technology trends, and how they are relevant in the business environment.
- Ability to design and manage Windows workstation Imaging solutions.

Automation Engineer
Responsible for organization level automation, efficiencies, and establishment of processes for desktop and business unit operations. Includes end-user management & configuration via active directory and GPO and Windows workstation image deployment.
