Job Details

  • Respond to help desk requests. (Telephone, e-mail, walk up).
  • Document and log all requests for technology assistance.
  • Triage and prioritize requests for service.
  • Track, monitor, and close service requests.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for Central Office staff.
  • Troubleshoot computer and printing errors.
  • Administer network security as defined by access matrix.
  • Participate in evening and weekend on-call support rotation.
  • Other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.
  • 2 to 3 years of Printer and PC Support Experience.
  • 1 to 2 years experience installing new PC’s and Printers.
  • Experience and/or training supporting: LAN environment with multiple platforms.
  • Understanding of network topologies.
  • 3 to 5 years PC desktop software support experience.
  • MS Outlook and Exchange.
  • Exposure to TCP/IP protocol.
  • Formal training on Windows 7 and Windows 10 desired.
  • Expereince with and Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and prioritization skills a must.
  • Experience supporting users in a medium to large multi-location network environments.
  • Certifications desired MCP or A+.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
