Job Details

  • Lead and direct Wilco business improvement strategies and activities
  • Lead the assessment, development and implementation of Wilco Training programs
  • Insure consistent design, composition, deployment and communication of BIS and Training documentation
  • Work collaboratively and creatively to prioritize most important and urgent BIS and Training projects and activities
  • Manage Wilco Intranet content
  • Lead and manage Wilco LMS application and effectiveness
  • Lead and support indirect Training Lead staff and associated review, assignments and activities
  • And other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.
  • Proven and demonstrated strategic thinker
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; must be a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, data import/export tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong self-directed time management skills.
  • Demonstrated project discipline and experience.
  • Understanding of business and technical process relationships is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five combined years training and/or business improvement experience
  • Two years supervisory experience

Sitting, manual dexterity (writing, typing, and handling) and operation of automated equipment.
