Job Details

  • Automate via scripting. Powershell, and Python many of the manual intervention activities surrounding Windows workstation, imaging, and user management via Active Directory.
  • Automate(s) the installation of new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems.
  • Collaborates with Business Applications team to automate Business Unit operations by developing integrations between systems and automating data flows between systems.
  • Assists Helpdesk with providing application and end user support as needed, reviewing, and resolving issues.
  • Plans for responding to service outages, and other infrastructure related problems.
  • Manages overall system security, including adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, and other security related duties.
  • Position is designed to spend 50%+ of time on project based work and 50% or less time on operational duties.
  • Be available for on-call crash response and repair.
  • Generate internal documentation to support technology in the business.
  • Lead and participate on projects as assigned.
  • Required to stay current on technology trends, and how they are relevant in the business environment.
  • Ability to design and manage Windows workstation Imaging solutions.
  • Other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.
  • Substantial experience and in-depth knowledge of Powershell, PowerAutomate, Microsoft Graph API,VBS, and Python.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of Office 365, SharePoint, and One Drive.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
  • Operational knowledge of Web based API and integrations into AD and Office 365.
  • 5+ years’ experience administering Information Technology Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the I.T. field is required.
  • Requires strong problem-solving skills, frequently under various sorts of constraints and stress.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications/experience required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
