Job Details

  • Research and work WMS System Health Daily Checklist daily.
  • Ensure daily 100% accurate inventory match in both Eagle and Latitude.
  • Complete daily inventory corrections generated by damaged items, problem items and bins.
  • Determine root cause for errors and discrepancies, and provide corrective action suggestions to management.
  • Post all receiving jobs, validating each for proper receiving and distribution.
  • Process all VAF activity/full responsibility for VAF, cradle to grave (process outlined on the Wilco Intranet).
  • Generate and provide to DC Manager daily, weekly, monthly, quartlerly and bi-annual cycle count schedule to meet established timeline standards. Communicate to BIS when discrepant dollar value meets or exceeds allowable threshold.
  • Investigate and correct problem items and bins identified during daily order pick, within established timeline standard.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding PO and merchandise status, pick, split and shipping errors, including completing transfer corrections and adjustments etc. within the established timeline standard.
  • Work with AP to validate receiving, VAF, etc. as requested by AP.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to complete all job functions to meet established end of day and month end deadlines.
  • Participate in developing best practice standards.
  • Participate in special project work as assigned.
  • Other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Skill at product recognition.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently without supervision.
  • Excellent time management, organization and workload prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to correctly perform mathematic calculations and problems.
  • Proficient use of PC software to include WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK or other databases, internet navigation and research.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • 2 years relevant shipping/receiving or inventory control experience.
  • Ability to sit or stand in one place for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to grasp, clutch, pull, push, climb, bend, stretch and kneel.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Office and warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise and material handling equipment.
