Job Details

  • Leads planning and team decisions for new and re-set store layout, fixturing and merchandise placement
  • Documents and communicates store layouts and project information
  • Plans, coordinates and communicates fixturing and merchandising staffing plan for new and re-set projects
  • Directs store layout, fixturing, merchandising, décor and signing for new store, remodel and re-set projects.
  • Direct internal and other project labor to execute Category Manager merchandising plans
  • Orders, stores, collects and distributes merchandise fixtures and supplies

Other Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following:

  • Participate in growth and design planning as advised.
  • Leads and participates in merchandising and/or operational assignments between new and re-set projects
  • Supports project temporary and internal staffing keeping them safe, satisfied and comfortable

And other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.

  • Complete understanding of retail fixturing and merchandising concepts
  • Solid understanding of inventory computer processes
  • Working understanding of CAD and Space Management software
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly
  • Must be willing and able to work longer hours in certain phases of project work.
  • Must be willing and able to travel overnight for projects out of the immediate area.
