Job Details

  • Leads, develops, and delivers on strategies and plans affecting Wilco in-store activities.
  • Participates in overall Wilco Stores strategies and in other meetings as the primary store operations leader.
  • Hires and oversees training of DMs, Store Managers and MITs.
  • Leads store operations portion of annual planning and budgeting activities.
  • Delivers planned store financial performance.
  • Hires and leads outside sales staff and programs.
  • Authorizes and approves store expenditures.
  • Visits and reports on all Wilco stores at least semi-annually.
  • Other duties as requested by the CEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and deliver store results
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to customers and staff.
  • 10 years retail management experience.
  • 5 years multi-location management experience or equivalent.
  • Degree in Retail, Agribusiness, or related field.
