Job Details

  • Provide safe and high-quality bathing and grooming services to customers’ pets
  • Maintain accurate customer records, answer customer calls, and place appointments in a timely and polite manner
  • Receive and secure customers’ pets in the holding area to await grooming while following Wilco standards of service
  • Check in customer and assess customer’s and pet’s needs
  • Identify any medical or behavioral challenges with pets
  • Perform all requested functions of grooming to meet Wilco standards of service
  • Properly fill out invoices for payment
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Maintain safe and clean equipment, as well as, a neat and orderly work area
  • 2 years of professional grooming experience
  • Must be willing to provide photos of previous animals groomed
  • Must always professionally handle all pets in a safe and humane manner
  • Occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
