  • Manage and oversee payroll processes and payroll administration.
  • Create, run, and distribute HR-related reports as requested or scheduled.
  • Provide administrative and training support for all Essentials of Success training programs.
  • Participate in the development and distribution of analytics reports.
  • Oversee and administer the 360-feedback program.
  • Manage service award program.
  • Administer the employees survey process.
  • Act as the HR liaison for the retail admin team.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects.
  • Assist with the administration of the HRIS.
  • Process employee changes and other HR documents in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by auditing the new hire paperwork and organizing them in the HRIS system.
  • Control personnel records.
  • Process written and verbal employment verifications and respond to unemployment claims.
  • Assist in managing employee complaints.
  • Assist in the administration of the succession planning process.
  • Research and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Human Resources activities and processes.
  • Help maintain the company intranet site and HRIS resource library.
  • Visit stores on an annual basis, as time allows.
  • Backup to the Payroll Specialist.
  • Participate special projects as assigned.
  • Assist with preparation of employee handbook and policies.
  • And other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.
  • Full understanding of Payroll Administration.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and standards.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to be a problem solver.
  • Basic accounting knowledge required to reconcile benefit invoices.
  • Exposure to payroll, labor law and employment regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork between groups.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years experience with computerized payroll systems.
  • Two years of HR experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • No special conditions.
