The Assembler will monitor, assemble, and display Wilco Store merchandise.

Responsibilities
- Monitor assembled merchandise to keep directed and store displays in place.
- Assemble display items including but not limited to patio furniture, wheelbarrows, BBQs, carts, coops, cages, power equipment, etc.
- Assemble customer orders as directed.
- Replace display merchandise as assembled and directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized assembly.
- Help in store as directed.
- Maintain and comply with established standards.
- Assist in customer load-out as directed.
- Assist in clean up as directed.
And other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.
Special Skills & Training
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
- General mechanical competency.
- Experience using tools and basic assembly experience.
Physical Requirements
- Regular bag/bale/item lifting and moving.
- Some outdoor work.
