- Manage customer care and credit staff.
- Report directly to and work with the CFO, managing all aspects of the Customer Care team.
- Responsible for departmental planning 6 months to 1 year in advance.
- Develop departmental vision with CFO and team, develop strategies of departmental execution of tasks.
- Responsible to ensure all departmental processes and procedures are formalized and documented.
- Responsible to ensure all employees are cross trained in all functions of the department.
- Responsible to understand all functions of the department and transactional impact to all departments within the company.
- Develop customer care and/or credit processes and procedures as needed, working directly with various departments internal to Wilco.
- Able to work with collection agencies and attorneys as and when needed.
- Review legal contracts as needed and/or required by CFO.
- Understand and perform concurring lien review.
- Manage the production of the monthly customer statements.
- Ability to answer and train staff on all customer inquiries.
- Perform collection calls as/when needed.
- Understand and able to train, as needed, staff on credit procedures, collection calls and all aspects associated with credit.
- Inform CFO of problems with large account balances and other credit issues as needed.
- Backup personnel, policies, procedures, ensuring no business interruption.
- Team lead for the selection, evaluation, implementation of the current and future ERP system.
- Work directly with all levels of management and employees.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
- Other duties as requested by CFO.
- Direct participant and team member of all strategic decisions and considerations.
- Responsible for grower accounting, grower relations and working with team on new customers.
- Responsible for customer/member relationships.
