Job Details

  • Hires, develops, directs and coaches district Store Managers and MITs.
  • Monitors, directs and supports district staffing, scheduling and performance management.
  • Monitors and directs district facilities and store equipment to standards.
  • Plans, directs and audits merchandising, signing and promotional activities in the stores.
  • Facilitates communication proactively and responsively with information, direction, and updates to staff, customers and others.
  • Assists in preparation of sales budgets and labor plans.
  • Managers and otherwise participates in new district stores and other projects.
  • Visits district stores frequently to insure overall effective location management.
  • Provide assistance to other districts and divisions as needed.
  • Authorize and direct district expenditures.
  • Other duties as requested by the Director of Store Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead off-site management level employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and interact effectively with other departments and divisions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to customers and staff.
  • 5 years successful retail store management or related experience.
  • Multi-location project management experience.
  • Degree in retail, business, or relevant field OR substituted extensive experience.
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
