Job Details

  • Collaborate, coordinate and assign digital graphic asset production with the Graphic Designer and/or Contract Design Team.
  • Schedule and publish organic social media assets to engage with current and prospective customers.
  • Manage digital and email promotional plan process utilizing Wilco’s project management software. (Monday.com)
  • Collaborate with Category Marketers to conceptualize, build and design emails and automated campaign journeys via Salesforce.
  • Implement other Salesforce Marketing tools such as SMS Text marketing campaigns.
  • Manage e-mail database, contacts, and list hygiene to best support customer needs and business goals.
  • Assure proper storage, collection, and distribution of multimedia content including videos and podcasts.
  • Analyze digital media campaigns for effectiveness and communicate with stakeholders to provide constant improvement in the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Contribute website content, like suggested web banners, and improvement recommendations for the site’s functionality, use, and SEO/SEM.
  • Utilize tools for brand intelligence, social sentiment, competitive trends, and monitoring and measurement of social media.
  • Collaborate and communicate regularly with stakeholders (primarily retail merchandising and the marketing team) about digital activity and trends.
  • Occasional design needs and backup for production and execution of web banners, social media posts, and email elements.
  • Support the Marketing Manager relative to all the above functions for the implementation of digital media.

And other duties, responsibilities, and/or tasks as assigned.

  • Candidate must have excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
  • Knowledge of social media sites; Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter & Youtube.
  • Understand email management systems (Preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Knows website metrics, Google Analytics and SEM.
  • Proficient MS Office skills is a must and basic use of Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in new technologies and digital trends.
  • 4-year degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within the above digital areas (email, social media, SEO, etc..).
  • Understanding of agricultural products/services preferred.
  • Sitting, manual dexterity (writing, typing, and handling) and operation of automated equipment.Working Conditions: Mostly Office environment, some off-hours availability for emergency needs.
