| Job Overview: |
Assist in profitably leading and managing a retail store location, including sales and merchandising, inventory, facility image, personnel and planning. Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.

Front End Department Manager, Lead Warehouser, Receiver, Inventory Specialist, Warehouser, Assembler |
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store personnel including staff selection, training, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating employees.
- Act as Manager on Duty when store manager is out.
- Insure customer service using established retail customer service standards.
- Manage and maintain store facility and location equipment using established retail image standards.
- Direct location merchandise management including receiving, stocking, merchandising, and assembling of product utilizing established procedures.
- Lead and participate in regular and special meetings.
- Open and/or close farm store as assigned.
- Participate in special project work when requested.
And other duties, responsibilities and/or tasks as assigned.
Special Skills & Training
- Knowledge of management, supervision practices, principles, and regulations.
- Knowledge of industry and support of company core values.
- Skill to operate computer systems and automated office machines.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to customers and staff.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
- 3 years retail experience.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements
- Occasional bag/bale lifting.
- Indoor/outdoor work.
- May include some travel for special projects or assignments.
